FAQs

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed until 12pm (GMT) will be dispatched on the same day and delivered within 24 hours. Please note, dispatch of your order can take longer during our sale periods.
How will you ship my order?
Parcels are dispatched via UPS, TNT or DHL (depending on the country where the order is placed) who deliver Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon delivery. This does not apply to bank holidays. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a note for you to contact to arrange a more convenient delivery date. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.
How can I track my parcel?
After your purchase, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel, you are able to track your parcel on UPS, TNT or DHL website.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled by emailing us at [email protected]. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once goods have been dispatched, therefore goods must be returned using our returns policy.

Please return your item(s) within 21 days to the following address:

PATACHOU is not responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is found to be faulty.
PATACHOU is also not responsible if items are lost in transit.
Once a product has been returned, PATACHOU will examine the item and if deemed faulty a refund will be provided.
Please include a copy of the receipt for delivery so we may reimburse you.
