DELIVERY POLICY

Patachou's delivery service runs from Monday to Friday - 9am to 7pm - to the address provided by the customer, except on bank holidays.

Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, which means you will not receive any contact from our carrier prior to the delivery of your product. To receive the order it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the address.

Shipping Times for Portugal and the rest of Europe (excluding the UK) can take up to 24h or 48h. On average, countries such as the USA, Canada, UAE & UK receive orders from 3-5 business days.

Patachou will inform the customer of the unavailability of the ordered product(s), as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days.

If a carrier is unavailable or unable to deliver the product on the established date, the customer will be contacted and will be able to reschedule the delivery date.

If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) business days since you placed your order, please send an email to [email protected] informing us. After this period, Patachou cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

All customs or import fees are collected as soon as the order arrives in the country of destination. These fees will have to be paid by the recipient unless otherwise stated. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs and cannot inform you of their cost as customs policies and import fees vary from country to country. Contact your local customs services to find out what customs fees you may be required to pay before ordering, so that you are not surprised by unexpected customs fees.
