Please return your item(s) within 21 days to the following address:

PATACHOU . is not responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is found to be faulty.

PATACHOU. is also not responsible if items are lost in transit.

Once a product has been returned, PATACHOU will examine the item and if deemed faulty a refund will be provided.

Please include a copy of the receipt for delivery so we may reimburse you.

In the event that you wish to make an exchange, the period accepted for this is 21 days after receipt of the order and you will have to send us the items to be exchanged in perfect condition with all the labels attached and respective copy of the invoice, as well as add a note inside the box informing us which is the new item that you want. If there is a difference in the value of the two items, you will be asked to pay this difference (if the new product is of a higher value) or it will be refunded (if the new product is of a lower value).
